This place is poorly ran by people that do not even live in Canada. They do not care about peoples belongings or confidentiality. Think twice before renting storage here.

Not worth the price or the risk.

My unit did not protect my property from the elements as it allowed snow and ice to enter through the door. As a result, several pieces of property were wet or ice covered. When I confronted the manager about my problem, no real effort was made to remedy the situation, although I was offered a shovel to remove some snow from the INSIDE of my unit. The facility was over priced and unprofessionally managed. I would not use this facility again nor recommend it to anyone.
