Bought a sectional sofa summer of 2018. By spring of 2019 the decking was completely torn away. Worralls made a repair of the decking that again tore away Spring 2020. I called and spoke to Ron May 21,2020 regarding my dissatisfaction with the product, and their repair job. Asked for a refund ( partial or complete), and was denied. He said the 12 month warranty was up and there was no warranty at all on their crappy repair job. Purpose of supporting local goes out the window here.

I purchased a fridge that had problems keeping things frozen like meat and icecubes, worrals said it was normal, so I wanted a refund, they agreed but charged me $35 to pick it up, which is ridiculous. I will never do business with them again and will not recommend them to anyone.
