UPS Customer Centres

Its amazing how my parcel can travel overnight from Ontario to New Brunswick, but as soon as it hits the facility in Dieppe? Suddenly it takes days to travel from NB to my home in Nova Scotia. I have NEVER received a parcel on time from UPS.

Absolutely abysmal service. Ask for a lot of personal info, do not follow shipping instructions from the shipper, call at all hours. Told me a time to be at their pickup location and THEY WERE CLOSED. Moral of the story: never do business with them. Worst service I've ever received from a shipping company. I'd rate them 0 stars if that were possible.
