    Enjoy working wit...

    Enjoy working with this company. We did 1 bathroom renovation & the experience was so impressive that we subsequently did a full basement, a complete kitchen & then 2 additional renovations after that. We were given realistic deadlines, & accurate quotes- no hidden surprises. Even when oddball things were uncovered during our reno, they were handled professionally & with great expertise. Things that needed correction; touch up or changes, were done promptly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

    We hired David an...

    We hired David and his team for a major basement renovation over the summer of 2014. My wife and I were completely impressed with the quality of work, his attention to detail, his participation in the collaborative process, and his commitment to giving us what we wanted while staying within our budget. David was reliable, trustworthy, and kept to his timelines and cost estimates. He and his team showed the utmost respect for our home, our pets, and our routines. Any budget overages were attributable to extras that my wife and I added later. Even after the bill was settled David returned to our house more than once to follow up on touch-ups he had committed to. David gave us an amazing space in our home where we can relax and entertain with confidence that this job was done right the first time.

    Did not get solut...

    Did not get solutions to our concerns. Contractor doesn't take responsibility for the mistakes. He blames others or other things for the job not being done properly. Found him very unprofessional to deal with.

    Anyone reading the above response and is having concerns regarding dh Home Designs I welcome you to contact us in response to that isolated situation. The bathroom in question was completed in full, on time, on budget and is for everyone to see on our web site under 'Sandburgh Bathroom Project'. I am sorry to see such an unfortunate review of dh Home Designs but I assure you we strive every day to make every customer happy.
