I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Kemp Hearing Centres and Dr. Jason Kemp in particular. The attention to detail and to addressing my specific needs has been spectacular. I would highly recommend Dr. Jason Kemp to anyone suffering from hearing loss who is looking for a solution and excellent patient care.

I was told about dr. Kemp from my daughter-in-law. I went to my appointment feeling a bit nervous as I had never had a hearing test before. What an amazing experience. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that I had made the right decision. I now where 2 “demo” hearing aids for the next 2weeks to see if I feel comfortable wearing them. In July of 2010 we purchased Oticon Agil Pro hearing aids from Kemp Hearing Centre and are still using them today. Over the last seven years, we have been very pleased dealing with Jason Kemp who operates a very ethical and customer-oriented service. Jason has gone above and beyond our expectations by including and supplying an Oticon listening device that communicates with the hearing aids to hear the television much better. Jason and all staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. They provide a warm and friendly atmosphere and show empathy when dealing with clients. Jason not only has the audiology training but has the personal hearing problem experience, which allows him to fully understand what his patients are going through with their hearing loss.
