I purchased a machine from Masons about 15 years ago and recently had it repaired and serviced - BIG mistake. They managed to break a part on my machine and pretended as though it was always there all along. Then I had some more issues with my machine and was back and forth probably 4 times, (with a baby in tow) if not more. The last time I went in I told them that I wanted a refund on the service. The manager/owner (can't remember which one) had a look at my machine and told me to basically wait for the technician. He offered no apology for the inconveniences. So I waited for the technician who basically told me it was the way that I sew. What! I was not impressed, I've been sewing the same way since I purchased my machine it wasn't an issue and now all of a sudden it is? I did not get a refund or was offered anything to compensate for my frustrations. I've had nothing but problems with my machine since they serviced it.
I would not recommend Mason for service of purchase of a machine, there are other companies out there that have the same product and way better service.
