This place is a complete joke. They forgot to fill an order for a birthday cake, did not have the ingredients to make it, but eventually agreed to buy some supplies to make it last minute and promised that resulting cake will look as close as what was ordered possible. It looked nothing like what was ordered. Original cake is covered with strawberries. Cake received has a thin layer or jam like sauce on top and that was it. Birthday cake message was incomplete. What was added on afterwards was utterly horrible. We only took away the cake because we had no choice as we cannot return to the birthday party empty handed. I was speechless and was in disbelief. This is the worst experience I've had with any orders I have made.
