After bad experience with Pizza Hut Sidney, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a Pizza using the online order service and it said it would arrive at a certain time. After 20 minutes late I phoned the store and was told it had left a while ago. It finally arrived 35 mins late and was so cold I had to micro wave it. I called the store and told them to send me a new one. They rudely told me NO and said to keep this one and they wouldn't charge me on my next ordered. They lied
