Don't hire this guy. He was a terrible project manager. Mismanaged orders on supplies. When things went wrong, he blamed others and refused to take responsibility. We had a major error committed by him, having an underground pipe capped, cost us over $2k to fix and he refused to pay even a portion. Took him to a collection agency and still he refused, though it was obvious he was responsible since he was the project manager. Avoid him.
