Fountain Tire

Had u joints replaced in Golden. 3 hours from Saskatoon they failed and my driveshaft came off. Examining it afterward it looked pretty clear to me that they were not installed properly. But they blamed it on the “part failing”. Brought it to FTN TIRE in Saskatoon to have it fixed. Sask jerked me around, never called to give updates, when I called them they were rude. 5 Days of hotel bills and almost lost my job over it. but the mechanic got to keep theirs. Never again going to any fountain tire

My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked! They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!

We were towed to Fountain Tire to get our car fixed. As usual we had to pay for the towing directly at Fountain Tire. We felt suprised about the exorbitantly high bill we had to pay for towing. The towing company had shown us the bill for towing before, so we knew the exact price. Fountain Tire charged us more than 35 % up. They did not even apologize for it when we confronted them with this issue. Be careful and ask the towing company for the price and a receipt.
