Horrible customer...
Horrible customer service and incompetent. Booked a U-Haul a month prior, called the office directly one week ahead of time to confirm all was in order. Day of move we go to U-haul and they tell us they don't have one for us, and that the one we booked has been out of commission for months. Then why did they book us in for it, and why were we not informed ahead of time?!!! The man just shrugged his shoulders and did not care or do anything to rectify the situation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
