    I called Need a P...

    I called Need a Plumber at 9:30 at night because I could smell natural gas in my basement. My water heater had just been replaced and the company that had installed it was not available - but I was scared. You can't mess with gas. The plumber, assessed the problem - and showed me where the gas was escaping from. He also had to re-do all the venting for the water heater because it had not been installed up to code by the original contractor.

    Had Need A Plumbe...

    Had Need A Plumber out today,. I had some previous quotes from other companies regarding a water softener installation. Long story short the tech installed a brand new hot water tank, a water softner for less than what I was quoted by 2 other companies. He walked me through the set up, settings changes and maintenance for my hot water tank and softner. Great Plumber, Great company, Fast and well trained. They even called me 15 minutes before they showed up

    Misleading & Costly

    Pilot light water tank not on, they said service call $36.45, did not advise estimate when asked. Plumber showing attitude for no reason. He saw tank & said $185 for diagnostic. Opened small cover, said overheating. Gave 2 options. 1st was to fix it, but cost w/b $495 WITHOUT warranty. 2nd was to change the hot water tank & was persuading me to buy new tank cost $1800. Overall they charged $550 for a 15min job. Too expensive, very poor customer service, bad attitude & would not recommend ever

    Worst Experience Ever.

    The experience with this business is far worse than any other experience I have EVER had with ANY other business. The repairman was rushed and very inconsiderate. He was also 50 min late. Minutes after he left, our water heater quit working (due to a rushed installation by the dispatcher), and we had to restart it ourselves. The ad from the yellow pages was entirely deceiving as almost every point was incorrect (friendly dispatchers, prompt service, etc.) Awful experience worthy of 0 stars.
