8-Month Warrantee Battle: In a span of 8 months, we had to make endless phonecalls, start the process over and over again, we talked to 10 different people who wouldn’t give us their names for follow-up, we had been told that they had lost our file three times, we had to make visits to their offices and we had to email endless documents to prove our case. If we hadn’t threatened legal action, I don’t think we would’ve ever had our windows fixed. I will NEVER recommend Durabuilt to anyone.

Terrible warranty and after sale service. One window that was replaced (there were multiple) had to be replaced 4 times as it was not correct. It looked like a 12 year old put it together. They broke two windows removing them and left broken glass shards all over a childrens play room and did not tell anyone about it. Do not use this company.

All the windows and doors were replaced on our house. Gordon was an exceptional salesman, offering superb suggestions regarding our choices of replacement windows and doors. The windows, garden doors and entry doors were installed with great care and look very attractive. We are extremely pleased with the assistance, the products and the service.
