    Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. Great job. Friendly staff and quality service. Well done

    I can honestly say we have never experienced better customer service than we have dealing with Avenue Appliance. From the second we walked through the doors until well after installation, both Jerry and Faith were amazing in ensuring we were 100% satisfied with our appliances. We did have an issue with our dishwasher, and both worked tirelessly until the issue was completely resolved. They truly care about their customers. I would recommend Avenue over and over again.

    WOW, the first time I can say that I LOVED shopping for appliances. We bought all our kitchen appliances from Jerry. REALLY great knowledge and customer service. Had a problem with the stove but Faith helped find the solution and resolved it. LOVE LOVE my appliances and everyone who comes in loves them too. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Initial sales exp...

    Initial sales experience was good, but no service available. Oven did not light properly as kitchen filled with eye watering gas. months of phone calls and emails ignored

    We are truly sorry that your total experience with us was not what it should have been. We admittedly dropped the ball early on in this situation and feel badly that you were not taken care of immediately and that you felt unsafe in your home. I am thankful that your problem has now been addressed and we will use this as a learning experience to better all we do from sales, to service, to customer care.
