I found my experience at Sushi Itchyban bitter sweet. The food was great but the service was TERRIBLE!! To the point it made my boyfriend and I very uncomfortable to where we wanted to leave in the middle of our meal. The waitress shortened our order on their "all you can eat menu". Unfortunately it will be our last time going there...
Also to add... this was not our first time there we been to sushi itchy ban a hand full of times and still got the same terrible service.
this was so disappointing. most of their food is really good but I had the worst service here ever. which made me not give much tip because I believe that you have to work and earn tips. but by doing so, the lady on the desk got mad at me and humiliated me for giving low tip which showed exactly why it was so low. because of this incident, I will never ever go back to this place again. do not go there. terrible and worst service. they also sometimes don't even get your orders right. don't go.
