I cannot say enough about the excellent attention I received at Capital GM just off McLeod Trail Calgary, The service staff could not do enough for me, they bent over backwards to help diagnose the problem with my vehicle, special kudos go out to the service manager who went above and beyond as well as the service agents that logged in my vehicles!!!

Excellent Service!

Southgate provided me with fantastic service. I was able to get in the same day; was shuttled to the mall & back while my car was being serviced; and they even washed my car! I was also concerned about the quality of my tires and was told they were fine and recommended that I purchase winter tires next fall. My only concern is that they do not have nitrogen air for my tires.

Great warranty work

Great service. The warranty is great. They fix every little thing doesn't matter how big or small. I take my van in for oil changes and they fix thing under warranty even without me having to ask. When I take it in for an oil change they wash my van and they changed the batteries in my remotes. Any time they needed to keep my car over an hour they supplied me with a free rental car that was ready and there for me.

to keep it short my car has bine in the shop 3 time for the same thing and they final got it right the third time but broke my shift boot. so they order me a new one its bine in the shop for 8 days now to put in a shift boot. all i can say is what a joke. never by a car from them.
