My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. In the end it had to be towed. But they got the work done in record time as I had my vehicle back before the end of day. Thank you and your crew!

Several months ago I had to get a mirror replaced on my old Toyota. They took me right in, got me to my work, and had the mirror installed by end of day. Great job. I had to get some scratches and dents removed on my brand new Mazda last month. They did an excellent job. I had another little incident in the same spot and they fixed it for free! Absolutely love coming here! Just moved from Manitoba, they did my out of province inspection, oil change a month later and the my tire blew and they saved my day!! My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!
