We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.

Lynn’s experience and intelligence is obvious as he listens, thinks and does a total assessment of the appliance … a true professional - He ‘problem-solves’. Lynn has been in our home on many occasions and successfully repaired our refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The service he offers is efficient and effective and we trust his judgement absolutely. If there is even a remote chance that the appliance can be fixed, he’ll fix it; and if not, we’d be confident in his decision.

We had an excellent experience with the Appliance Doctors. Our 2 year old Frigidaire dryer would not shut off and would not heat. Called on Tuesday and by Thursday a gentleman came and within minutes dryer was fixed, price was extremely reasonable and I was told that if it stopped working they would need to replace a part but there would be no further service call charge. We would just have to pay for part and labour. Fabulous, friendly service! Highly recommended! Dryer working perfectly

He spent time via the phone getting me to do things to see if it would work.
