Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. Again, attention to detail, to make sure the floor was not damaged and that the piano arrived safe and sound.

I recently had my Taylor 12 string into Long and Mcquade for their free set up with the purchase of 2 sets of strings promotion. Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.
