Excellent service! They have changed their policy for tire installation so one can now set up an appointment...too good! Employees very accommodating and ready to answer any inquiries...they’re also on top of long lines at the cash and open more when needed...all in all always a very positive experience shopping there!

I visited this location to pick up glasses ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Things had changed since. Not sure where to start, I tried to get to the carts which were behind a line up of patrons pushing carts. Blessed be the bearded patron who yelled at me not to get near him. Poor soul, you must have been very scared but just remember buddy that everybody is scared! Blessed be the lady in the optical department, you were such an angel I was nearly in tears. You made up for him. Thank you.

I lost my credit card at Costco today and realized it when I went to pay. I was in a panic. Dawson was sooo kind and compassionate. He went to search the store and try to locate my credit card and found it. What a relief! Thank you so much Dawson!!!!

More I shop at Massine and more I appreciate non only the conveniency and quality of the store.Staff always seem to be focussed on providing a great service. I wish I am like Goj (employee at the Deli) calm, professional and amiable. Management is generous and accessible and they really listen as if you are very important to them and they respond to any questions.
