Une heure de retard sur l'entente prévue... decevant

Très mauvais service... j'avais réserver un taxi dans la nuit une semaine à l'avance et j'ai téléphoner 20 Minutes avant l'heure prévue pour être certaine que le taxi soit à l'heure, mais celui ci s'est présenté une heure plus tard que ce qui avait été entendu! Ne faites pas affaire avec eux ils ne sont pas fiables!

Rude and no respect for client and driver from operations

Horrible customer service. Had a typo issue with my payment and the total bill came up to more than double (over 120$). The driver called an operator who was rude and wouldn't listen to his question on how to correct the payment. I asked to speak and she said she doesn't want to talk to the client. Called myself and another operator just as rude. Its a disgrace the company has such shameful people representing them in an industry of service. I was told to call administration. Will they even help

the driver we had didn't really know what street we wanted to go to, tried to make us save time and money by taking a short cut on the highway, but he had to make detours so we did not save time and money. Then he still didn't use his gps I had to guide him up to my home. Will mostly not do business with them again.
