They are good at some things, but bad at others. Just be careful. Also - boss does not like feedback - he has a quick temper.
In general the team rushed, and did not use conventional practices (no tape or floor covering) for protecting floors, furniture etc when painting. They got paint on areas that should not have any! Outlets, furnace dials, wood beams, not meant to be painted had paintbrush marks on them. They didn't use primer, they didn't sand enough, our paint is chipping in some areas, lines not straight, etc.
