Horrible customer service. When I tried to close the account once it was paid, they kept coming up with other hidden fees that were outstanding. No call backs when promised and one person to the next did not know what was going on. Never again with this company.
THE most terrible business in Windsor ! The worst of it is the way the employees treat their clients. I called the Windsor office looking for an employee I dealt with before. A girl by the name of Kerry (sp?) answered, and I asked for Tiffany. She stated Tif was in Chatham now. I asked for the number of that office, and hung up. Tiffany relayed to me that Kerry had called her, telling her "a really creepy guy called for you." Horrible employee. Do NOT deal with the Windsor office.
wanted to say this company was great at accomidating my requests. being a disabled person they accomidated all my needs even to the extrem as coming to my home for different things that needed to be done once the loan was approver. i used them to pay off a bill from bell mobility, i was given a cheque issued to bell i had deposited the cheque to bell, they kept calling me for the funds to be paid, i informed them the cheque was issued by citifinancial bell kept saying they had no record of it, i called citi and explained the situation the rep (jen) was great getting to the bottom of the situation and after about 2 or 3 months the issue was solved. i think she went far and beyond to solve my issue and i would recommend citifinancial to all my friends and co-workers 100% of the time.
