Terrible customer...

Terrible customer service. The flower arrangement arrived two days late and looked nothing like the one I ordered online.

Very disappointed...

Very disappointed by kw flowers Everything started ok, ordered through Scott (owner) We agreed on a price, and I explained it was very important to have them delivered at 6:30am,which he said wouldn't be a problem. I emailed all the details but didn't get a response (even though I asked for one) The morning of the event - no show! from 6:30 until 7:10, we called repeatedly and finally got a hold of him to say he had a flat tire- but couldn't call to let us know so we could pick up?? TERRIBLE!

Excellent

I just wanted to send a note, I am a recent client of K-W Flowers and I was extremely impressed with the service and the product. I' ve done a lot of flower shopping and have not recieved better service and such beautiful flowers for price. Thank you KW Flowers, Bobby
