The technician said my washing machine wasn't worth fixing and he had a good size front loader in mint condition that I could have for $800.00 installed. When he came, it was an apartment size machine that smelled. When he left I called him to say that it doesn't spin. He came back with a used part that he charged me another $200 for and assured me that it would work. Long story short, I'm out $1,000 and he won't return my texts or calls.

Worst contractor experience I have ever had. Left dishwasher drain disconnected; resulting in $2500 of water damage, a day spent on the phone with insurance and contractors, and a weekend at home with industrial air movers, dehumidifiers, and a disabled child. Igor of course took absolutely no responsibility and made no effort to make anything right. I should have done more research. I would have noticed that the unintelligible copywriting on his website still includes the AI prompts. STAY AWAY.
