Very disappointing
The movers showed up with a truck too small for the move. When the owner arrived on site to discuss he was very rude to the staff, and spoke to them in a very demeaning fashion which was not necessary. The workers themselves were polite, professional and friendly. The guys are very efficient, although one item was broken. Very disappointing when the owner refused to replace the item and we had to leave items behind from the move as they wouldn't fit on the truck Dealings to try to resolve the issue were handled very unprofessionally by the owner. Very disappointing.

Customer said that they would move ALL their boxes...but did not do it. To save money, the customer "helped" load the Truck and flooded the packer, thus created an unsafe environment for the Moving Team and thus, the customer cause their own damages.Customer did not follow our company policies and procedures in packing their own contents effectively, and blames us for their own doings.
