Great movers, moved my 2 bedroom apartment to a storage unit in St. Catharines then to my new house 3 months after , was very happy with the service and the price was very reasonable. Happy to recommend these guys to anyone
Agreed upon one price and then added a stair fee and late fee upon moving day. The late fee truly baffled me as they were the ones who were late. Check out the company ratings on the better business bureau.

Honest and reliable moving company. They took great care of our items and made sure everything arrived in one piece. They worked with our schedule and everything went as planned. Would recommend to friends and family.
No matter how low the price it is NOT worth it. They showed up late on moving day, were very rough with our items. Upon arriving at the new place our stuff was falling out of the truck when they opened the door. Broke a mirror, a tv, a chair, a table, scratched desks... fixed one of these things after months of bugging them and refused to do more. Ignored our calls and emails. 'Business address' listed online is just his parent's house. Everything about them is unprofessional.
By far the worst moving company. They quoted me $300, and then charged me $500. I couldn't say no, and they knew that because I need my stuff moved out by the 1st. They damaged my leather couch , and there's a big gash in it now that hangs out. They left with my desk still in their moving truck, and they didn't thank me for the business I brought them. Do not use this company. If they damage your furniture they have no insurance, and they say the damage was allready there.

Awful! Broke my desk rate apart, told me it was fine. Said they had no tools to put together so I said I do. Started putting it together and they magically had tools after that.. started at $25 off went to $55 off, said if I didn't take that I'd have to file a complaint with the company. I tried to file a complain any ways and there is no way to do so because Dell is the only number you have to call! REDICULOUS
Gouged the wood floor in the place we moved out of, gouged up my furniture, and - get this - they hid some of my stuff behind my neighbor's fence because they broke it, we didn't find it til after it was ruined by the rain. Caveat emptor: cheapest isn't always best.
THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! Completely unreliable. I called 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive just to confirm and was told by Del that they were running a little late but would be there. I called again an hour or so later and left a voicemail. After that initial call, Del never answered my calls or voicemail. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
Received a flat rate quote from Del who came to the house and viewed my belongings. Got company to provide quote in writing and confirm no additional charges. Movers came the day of move and saw amount of furniture to move. They said they could not handle and left saying they would be back with bigger truck the next day.They did not show up the next day and despite repeated calls they would not speak to me. They just ignored my calls. Definitely would not recommend.
Moved to St Cath from Hamilton, and these guys did a great job. No complaints at all. Quick and efficient movers. Thx
