Old homely looking lady on shift at 11PM thrusday May 19th. Needs to take some customer service skills and learn how to present herself in a more presentable fashion. She pretty much just stood there shrugging her shoulders and looking like she didn't have a clue She had to keep looking at the younger co worker on ques basically on what to do. I didn't get done what I needed even though I was verified verfied what they told me to do. But she was completely stuck and definately wrong job for her
