Bad experience

Went in to buy a few custom sized pieces of glass. All were cut wrong. Went back, the only employee who could cut was gone and it was not known when they were going to be back (was told it could be the next day). For the sake of trying to get my job done, I tried to cut it myself. The employee on hand did not try to stop me. I could not do it. I left it for the expert. I had to chase down the order the next day and was told that because I tried to do it myself, i ruined it and would be looking at purchasing a new piece. I called another company, got the piece at HALF the cost and a guarantee the work would be done right. This episode cost me time and gas which translates into money. Good luck to anyone who uses this company.
