Go to their site. Try to book a flight (choose any seat available). Only if you scroll back 5 pages or scroll forward and read the fine print quickly (less than 3 seconds) will you find out that they have charge you aprox. 50 bucks to say (any seat). Complete ripoff
I bought a round-trip ticket, Toronto-Bandung (Indonesia), with Lufthansa-Silk Air and was extremely troublesome. There was no return ticket from Bandung-Toronto even though I had paid through Flight Network. The call center made me wait for a call from their manager, SPENCER, but he never settled the issue and was always unavailable whenever I called. Until the day of my flight, I have no ticket (though I have a valid proof of e-ticket) and they never take responsibility for it.
Cancelled my tickets in mid-flight because they thought its credit card fraud. Never tried to contact me regarding this matter. Only realized this when I came to the gate to connect to my next flight, as a result got stuck in Copenhagen for a day. Now Flightnetwork has taken almost FOUR months to issue a refund, and even then, they refused to pay for my cab and accommodation during my forced stay in Copenhagen. There is no number to speak with a representative either.
I made a mistake on my booking, these folks make it difficult to impossible to get to the right person for resolution. Most can't or won't help and will find a way to charge additional fees for NOT resolving your issue. What a bunch of rude hustlers. Unless you enjoy endless automated menus, fruitless conversations with robotic Indians and protesting unwarranted credit card charges, please buy your travel arrangements from someone else. Same arrangements, just use another vendor.
