Pet Valu

I find all the staff at virtually each Pet Valu I visit to be polite, helpful and genuinely caring about animals. They take pride in the products they offer, especially the high quality goods. We acquired our latest pets, three rescue cats, through their placement program and we couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, kind and,most importantly ethical. Very nice job!

Bad Groomer

The female groomer at this location had a bad attitude and did not do a good job. We will defintely not be returning. Pets are like family and therefore should be treated as such.

Terrible groomer DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!

We brought our Shih-poo to this location for a haircut for the very first time. The female groomer was very RUDE and did an awful job of grooming our dog. She left patches and complained that our dog was bad (our dog has NEVER had an issue at a groomer before, in fact, he his often praised for his good behaviour). Unfortunately the only reason we brought him here was because we moved into the area. We will never bring our baby back there again. Awful job with a terrible attitude.
