The worst receptionist on earth, wait times is more than 4 hours, she never pick up the phone, she is rude, overall she doesn't what she is doing, voice mail is always full, I so sorry that patients are suffering because of her

The receptionist at the front is extremely rude. You could never leave messages because the mail box is always full.I wish I went elsewhere

What a joke

This office is very unprofessional! Very hard to get a hold of due to a high volume of calls and no call waiting. Receptionist is not confidential nor discrete when leaving messages or when others phone about someone else's information. I would not recommend this place to anyone in Toronto. This place got me very aggravated and got me in a lot of trouble while yet I haven't even stepped foot in their office. Must be retrained and get their act together!
