Owner wasn't helpful with our laptop at all. Doesn't know anything about fixing laptops. He charged us $130 and once we got home our laptop didn't work well! Now when we leave our LP for a few min, go back to it, screen appears black and says, "PC going for a crash dump". Won't use him again. He knows this!
