Edible Arrangements

Horrible experience!first and last time ordering from this company,was told same day delivery,never happened , than was lied too , being told order was delivered,and no one answered door:apparently the delivery was at noon,not possible as I placed order after noon hour ? Then was informed that apt # wasn't given !my question ? How was this order delivered with no apt # ? Not too mention time frame wasn't possible ? Lots of deception , stress ,and rude staff,photos below of what I ordered and got

I placed an order on Thursday morning and Monday comes around and my order still was not delivered. Called everyday saying they do not have a driver for my area. So why have my area listed in your location to order. I called for a refund and still waiting after 2 days.

My order was not delivered on the day requested. No call from them to tell me it hadn't been delivered. I called the next day and was told they were busy filling orders for that day and didn't have time to call me. Order was delivered the next day after my call.

Ordered from Newmarket Leslie location. Placed the order a day before to ensure it got there on time for bday ( not cheap, total was $100) Received the confirmation for delivery. Saturday- no basket. Sunday 8 pm rolls around still no basket. Called the location to verify where the purchse was as I received the delivery conf # and the lady told me it was left by the driver with a neighbour as they are told to do so. Never called or ring bell Don't even know my neighbour.!!!

Give it less than...

Give it less than one if I could. Didn't deliver as it was "too far". I use to drive to Newmarket everyday for work, must be nice to be picky. They had no problem taking my money however, then come my girlfriends birthday, they don't show up. Did not notify me that it was too far. I had to call them an hour before close to find this out. $130 for a bouquet of fruit I could make myself? I don't know what I was thinking. Cost more than a bottle of scotch aged 16 years shipped from Scotland. Do yourself a favour and make it yourself or stick to flowers.

I just love every gift arrangement/product by edible. The Newmarket location is closest to me and I always had wonderful experiences. They truly take good care of me each time. They go above and beyond to send that beautiful fresh fruit basket. I recommend it for all occasions.

Stick with Flowers

Bad experience with Newmarket location, will be happy to take order and not deliver on time. Fruit not so great.
