Poor work and will not fix their mistakes
Driveway was repaved in the fall (September) (asphalt) and they added a cement curb. In the spring I found a few cracks in the asphalt. and called them about it and they came back and patched it. By the end of the summer there were new cracks and it is crumbling at the edges. They told me to call them back in the spring. I called in the spring and they came and looked at it, and said it needs to be fixed. I waited several months, and called them back, I usually got an answering machine. They were not returning my calls. When I got them to answer the phone I spoke to a receptionist who would keep saying she would leave a message and I still would not get a call back. Each time I call I had to explain myself from the beginning. After about 10 calls the owner called me back and said he would come to fix it, but did not give a date. I would call to ask when they are coming, and they kept putting me off. Then they tell me They will come in November. i called mid November and the answering machine message says they are closed for the season. They did call back and said they are coming in the spring. I do not believe they are ever coming back. I am sure when I call them in the spring hey will give me the same answers I got last year.

Our number one goal is Customer Satisfaction. As you can see the customer states that the driveway was paved in (September) but does not say the year which was 3 years ago. Secondly our warranty does NOT cover any fractures or cracks or damages caused by frost, ice or extreme winters. We did go back to repair problem area twice just to keep customer happy. We strongly belive that there might be settling issues with the area.
