Purchased 3 stools 2 yrs ago which are still fine (pic 1) and then purchased 3 more 3 months back (pic 2-3) and all were defective with very low back or hardly any back. Called 2 months back about this and they refused to exchange. Extremely bad business.

It is not easy to find a piece of furniture on short notice, looking for a practical sofa, I have struggled with many restrictions and requirements.
