Al, the servicema...
Al, the serviceman charged $169.00 + tax to estimate the repairs. He treated the 90 year old homeowner very badly in his forthright business manner, and would NOT return to REASSEMBLE the outdoor unit, although he was there 4 times. Shame. Don't bother calling them, there are others who will estimate for FREE, and don't insult their paying client, especially seniors.
