Viana Dental White Oaks Mall - Jalna Entrance

I saw a promotion online, so I called to book an appointment, and clearly stated that's why I was booking an appointment. When I was seated, I stated that promotion was my reason for coming twice more. After x-rays, I was walked out and was told someone would call to follow up. When I inquired why I only received half a service, I was told the staff there aren't aware of promotions, and that it didn't apply to me. I was ignored the entire time. I was told that my child needed pediatric crowns by this office although I couldn't see any visual damage to the teeth discussed. When I looked it up and realized what paediatric crowns were and the extent of the damage they were usually used to treat I requested a second opinion from a different dentist and was told that my childs teeth could be fixed with a couple small fillings. On top of the fact that paediatric crowns look horrible, they are expensive and much more invasive than a filling.

Most offices I feel like I am rushed in and out but here they really take the time to address everything. I felt as ease from the first appointment and it has been 10 years later since I have been in and nothing has changed. They got me right back on track. the girls treat me good.

Horrible! Told me I had cavities when there was nothing on my xray and now I have been in pain for 6 months from the fillings they gave me. I have to have them taken out and have medicated fillings put in. I might end up needing a root canal on what was a perfectly healthy tooth before I went to this office! DO NOT GO THERE!

Dr. Viana completely nailed my tissue graft. I went in apprehensive, but when I eventually left, I felt really relieved. It's now two days already and I am pain free. He performed an exceptional job. Everybody here is highly professional and friendly. Free tea and other gifts as well. They have always treated me fine. I strongly recommend them.
