They have not honored there full coverage 5 year Warranty we called over a year after purchase, its a year later and this couch is falling apart. They sent out a guy six months ago, was talking about fixing parts, absolutely nothing has come of it.
I bought a 70 inch tv from Leons in London and it was damaged. They made me wait for 1 hour until I got a refund, lots off attitude from the general manager and customer service. This was a horrible experience. I will never spend penny at this horrible business ever again.
Delivery drivers made us wait all day only to find out that they could not find our house within the city. I would expect a delivery driver to be a bit more resourceful, and Leons should consider providing their drivers with something called a map. Thanks for wasting my time.
