I will zeto rating to this store. I gave all home appliances in last sept 2021 for their tentative delivery in Jan 2022 but I am still waiting for my gas range without that we are facing lot of problems everyday because cooking on induction took lot of time and we have big family. Bricks is not delivering our gas range. Now May 2022 is also over but still store is telling in June mid or end and will try to deliver but no gurranntee at that time also. It looks never ending wait. Very frustating
we went to the Brick for the first time and ordered a sectional. the sales clerk up sold us to order a sleeper in it. we trusted her but when we got our sectional the sleeper is useless in this configuration that she assured us would work. we were told it would cost more money to make it right.

Over a month ago I had made a large purchase of an entire bedroom set, TV, TV stand, living room furniture. Order was entered incorrectly. Once I had discovered this, my delivery date was cancelled. Now I am looking at delivery in 2 months, 3 months after original purchase. When I confronted the store manager, I was treated belligerently. Overall very poor, and zero interest in timely delivery.
