I am from Windsor Ontario but only shop through Tara At the Collingwood store. Amazing personality and makes the best of every interaction. When something is good, don’t change it. That’s why the Collingwood store gets my business. I have purchased several times through Tara and love each one of them. Never an issue. Tara deserves all the success in the world, thus making The Brick An easy choice.

Customer Service does not exist I think covid took Customer service and killed it

The store manager was very accommodating & helped us with our most recent purchase, for which we thank him very much. We have a lot of furniture, appliances, lamps, from The Brick, Collingwood. They have a great selection on everything.

Will never buy from the Brick again!!! Great service, but once you pay they dont care when and if you get what you ordered!

Good customer service when you initially buy the product but terrible follow-up service if something needs to be fixed. I highly recommend the sales associate Tara, she is personable, friendly and efficient, where this location fails terribly is in the after care, the associates at the customer service desk are incredibly inefficient, I have to follow-up many times before I can get resolution. I also bought the warranty and am fighting for a repair, next move head office.

We custom ordered a sofa and love seat from the brick. On delivery we realized that the sofa was too large to fit though the door way. A phone call was made and with no questions asked it was loaded back in the truck and taken back to the store. We were given a credit to reselect. Awesome customer service!
