Read several great reviews but I was left disappointed. I lost a small diamond from my engagement ring and took it in to have it replaced and to have both my wedding band and engagement ring properly checked over to ensure all stones were secure. The diamond was replaced and I was assured that the ring had been cleaned and checked over. I did notice the ring seems a bit rough and A few days later a small diamond is missing again. I called and left a message then called again the next day. I was
