Pristine Auto Sales

I bought a 2004 Santa Fe from here and I was really happy with how clean it was. Within a week, the engine light came on and Fadi scheduled an appointment to get it fixed, no questions asked. He was really patient and made sure the problem was fixed well.

So I went for a car I thought I liked on a Saturday, gave him $300 to start the paperwork. Got home and felt uneasy about it ( the driver seat had a tear and two door knobs had been patched with glue). Called him on Monday morning not to process the papers and he refused to give me a refund whatsoever.

Purchased a car from Fadi at Pristine auto for my son. Within a month the steering started grinding. Took the car back to Fadi and he had his mechanic try and fix it and wanted me to split the cost with him (cash no tax or receipt to avoid the tax man). The same mechanic that certified the vehicle was unable to repair it. Fadi told me to get the car off of his lot he was not dealing with it anymore because they could not figure out the problem. The vehicle was now unsafe, and undrivable.

Bought a vehicle there and the engine light came on three days later. Pristine Auto would not help me. He lied to me and to OMVIC. They are WITHOUT HONOUR. Just DO NOT go to Pristine.
