My grandparents went for a $100 top up phone card for Virgin Mobile and couldn't find one so they asked at the register and the cashier gave them a pin that she wrote on the receipt for PC Mobile. When they went home to add it to their account it would not work. They realized it was for PC Mobile and not Virgin Mobile like they asked. They went back to the store and the manager said there was nothing he could do. Since when do they substitute and activate cards without customer permission.
