First I would not even give one star to this Resturant.
I had some company over to I order from this location Brampton Great Lakes I ordered fettuccine pasta with alferdo sauce but I did not know that when you order it online you don't get any sauce on it I order penne with Tomato sauce and that was the same so I call d the 1844 number wow I was shocked when I was told there is nothing that can be done because the Resturant is going to close in the 40mins and offered me the credit for the 2
The first time we order delivery it took 70 min to come and the food was cold and disgusting I told myself I would never order from them again but I decided to give them another chance so we ordered again the food took 75 minutes to arrive once it arrived our pizza was a small which we ordered a large The delivery driver took It back and within an hour returned with the large once I open the box not only was the pizza burnt it was also cold only thing good was the delivery driver he sweet
Terrible restaurant! The food is sub-par and the staff is rude. My meal was undercooked to the point where the vegetables were still frozen in the middle! When I asked the waitstaff if any of my meal had been frozen, they swore it had not. My icy vegetables beg to differ. I wouldn't have minded as much if they hadn't outright lied to me to my face! I have been here twice and each time there has been something wrong with my meal. I've learned my lesson and will never go back!
I go here quite often with my family. Maybe a little too much. Some of the wait staff know us by name so maybe we get preferential treatment.
In a nutshell, we go here since our 5yr old and 4yr old like the food (mainly the bread). Plus the waitresses and staff always go out of their way to entertain them and make the kids smile.
For a family, it's a great experience. For a couple looking for a romantic night out, not so much.
The food is good when you consider that it's a franchise and the chef's aren't given much room to explore.

Don't waste your money. I'm serious. You could cook a better meal at home. The chicken in the tettrazini was not fresh chicken but rather chunks of chicken lunch meat and the noodles were overcooked. The sauce on the spaghetti was not special. They give unlimited salad or soup and 'garlic' bread. The minestrone soup was ok but nothing you can't find in a can. The salad was good tho. The bread was the biggest disappointment. Similar to or maybe even dempsters from any grocery store with next to no garlic taste. The server was pleasant. They sweep the floor around our table while we were eating...not cool. Definitely a waste of good cash.
Had a problem with the service. Called head office and they responded within 24 hours. Got a phone call from the owner and really appreciated the quick response. Will likely visit this location again due to the care shown by the management, hopefully the service staff can reciprocate.
I love the food and the atmosphere. I overly enjoy the all you can eat bread (we both do) but its always warm. We both enjoy going.. the place is one of our favs..sometimes iffy with the servers but overall they are pretty nice (odd bitch) but food is always good and on time. No complaints.. Always excited to go!
I love this place. It's one of the only places i'll eat. I love how you can get the garlic bread and salad on top of the drink with unlimited refills as long as you get a pasta ( which by the way is awesome). I joked around with the waitress, and one of them remembered me from the last time i was in. The sausage and pepper penne was so good i ordered a second plate just to take home for later. All in all a great restaurant.

Our server was wonderful, our food delicious and I'd have to agree with another comment, we ate so much salad and bread we were almost too full by the time our meals arrived. We had one Italian salad and one Ceasar salad, both made perfect. The warm bread is a beautiful added side to the salad and the pasta.
Also the kids loved there dessert suprise.
We ate at the Brampton Trinity mall location. So if you had a bad experience, it may have just been the location.

I don't what the other people that left reviews are talking about. You pig out so much with the all you can eat, bread and salad that every time I go I end up taking all my food home. The staff is great, I always ask for a specific server when I go (ask for Mack) he is sooo friendly and gets me everything my boyfriend and I want with a smile. The food is good and even on Sunday kids eat free. What more do you want?

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time.
We waited fifteen minutes to be seated even though it was not full. The hostess finally came to seat us near the bar and told us we couldn't sit in the main dining room because a party of 20 was there. There were plenty of empty tables in the dining room, might I add.
No one approached us for about fifteen minutes and then the bartender finally yelled out to us, "Hey what do you want to drink?" We gave her our drink orders and she brought over a sprite and a supposed lemonade that was little more than a glass of water with a bit of lemon and absolutely no sugar.
The bartender then said that she had to take orders for the party of 20 and she'd be back to take our orders when she was done. We waited for about 45-minutes for somebody to take our food orders and finally decided to leave.
Rude and unprofessional. You can't completely ignore individual customers simply because you have a large party. You won't have large parties all the time, but you will have individual customers. And now you've lost two customers.

Our waiter was very slow...we were waiting almost half of an hour before we even got our drinks and dinner order taken. The waitresses that we asked for help were rude and not helpful.Our meals (chicken marsala alfredo?) was bland, dry and had almost no chicken or onion or mushrooms or sauce in it...certainly not worth the almost $14.00 charged for it. The other dishes were also found to be very bland and over priced.
