My granddaughter bought steel toe work boots. Worn maybe 1 hr at work and not comfortable. They would not take them back and 1 lady very rude, definitely needs training in customer service. My granddaughter had been in 2 weeks prior and they were supposed to call after checking with another store for another style that she had previously purchased there as they did not have her size. No call and then this happens. We will never shop there again.

We have purchased many shoes from the Beamsville location over the years. The staff is excellent and we always find the right shoes for our son who is VERY fussy. Take a look at the dates of the poor postings. Definitely NOT what we have experienced!

Waste Of Time - NO RETURNS ALLOWED

HORRIBLE! They won't accept returns, and nothing fits right! This store is all of the shoes that other stores can't sell. Terrible customer service. The clerk wanted to make sure I was using the footies. She asked how many I need. I HAVE TWO FEET. She wanted me to put this little piece of nylon on my foot. It's not even a sock type of footie. It's a piece of nylon. That's it. Impossible for it to stay on so it just dangled off my toes. Waste of my time. Won't ever be returning.

Once you buy something, you're stuck with spending your money here. NO RETURNS and none of the sizes fit. They sell no half sizes but the full sizes never fit and I fit full sizes at every other store.... Horrible policy and 90% of the shoes are not brand name. It is basically a scam since you're not allowed to return anything, so you're forced to spend your money there.
