Service Auto Speedy Auto Repair Lower Sackville

I've used them several times for muffler work, tires, and other repair jobs. I've found them courteous, timely, and reasonably priced.

Shouldn't have gone back

I've been to this speedy auto for the majority of my car appointments. The first incident, I had made an appointment for a tire change over as well as an oil change. After my car was done, I come to find out that an oil change wasn't done and there was no time left that day to do it. (I wasn't charged for the oil change) I had to make another appointment. A couple days ago I went back for the exact same thing, and behold the exact thing happens, after I was sure I had made sure that the person at the counter knew what I wanted. After being told that I would be called after my car was finished, I waited for the car to be done. I was not called and had to call after two hours. I was told the car was done, so I went to go get it. The oil change was not done, and I was told I never asked for one. I then had to wait 45 mins to have the oil changed (No I wasn't called when this was done either). So in total, I waited 3 hours for the appointment, and if that wasn't bad enough, the nice white hat I had in the car was mysteriously placed inside my tires that I just had taken off covered in some black oil/liquid, ruined. Do not recommend this place. Went there because it was conveniently located but definitely not worth it.
