Great service. And knowledge

Purchased a couch in this store and scheduled it to be delivered after 2 months. 2 days after the scheduled delivery date, customer service called saying the couch will not be ready for another month!! And when I said that I will cancel they are asking for a 10% admin fee! Stay away from this store! The customer service I talk to was very rude! Hope the owner will see this. Get your furniture somewhere else!

Ordered a bed through this establishment for my daughter. It was delivered damaged and missing pieces. Twice they have attempted to delivery the missing pieces and brought the wrong ones and both times I have had to contact them instead them contacting me with a new delivery time and me having to ask when they are going to delivery the right pieces. They also do not send you new ones if damaged they fix the current ones which is ridiculous considering they should be in new condition upon arriva
