Rude! Roll on Uber in South Surrey! Worst cab company ever!!!! Only gave them a one star because I had to!

We have been using them for over the years and never have any problem. Good service and excellent drivers

I would give them a 0. We waited over an hour and when I called back, nothing but attitude from the dispatcher. I had problems with them before but this was terrible. We called another company and got a ride within 10 minutes. Its now almost two hours and Im home... Still no call from a Pacific Cab.

Called for a cab from Peace Arch hospital emergency at 3:30 PM. Was told it would be 20 minutes. 4:15 PM no Taxi called back and was told driver picked up someone else. Dispatcher said we will send a taxi right over, if the driver will take the fare.??? 430 no Taxi called back again on hold for five minutes this time I was told oh we will put you at the front of the list and was scold by the dispatcher as it was explained to me other people are waiting for taxis too. 4:40 still waiting

Steer clear of this company

Pick another company if you want to make it to your destination on time. My cab driver stopped to get himself a tea from a friend causing me to Miss my ferry by 5 minutes . When I contacted the company I was told it was the drivers word against mine and there were claims as to non existent traffic and road conditions . Steer clear of this company . They won't take your complaint seriously , I filed online and didn't receive a call back so after a week I called them myself . Terrible service
