I have been a loyal customer at this petsmart for 8 years now since I moved close by. Spent probably over $10,000 here on my dog, fish and frogs. I come in with a faulty product that has failed twice in less than a year. First time I didn't raise a stink and just replaced it. But after the second one failed I figured I would bring it in and see if they could help me out. Of course it has been just over the 90 days and I don't have a receipt. They tell me sorry we can't do anything. Well sorry petsmart I will not be shopping at your stores anymore. Was truly hoping a billion dollar company would really step up and help it's customers out after selling a faulty product, but that's not the case. I will now be going to pet value down the street a little bit more and spending my money there. Thanks.
